We’ve all been through a lot this past year and half or so and as we are faced with more transition and uncertainty in our lives moving forward… it’s apparent that we need healthy ways to cope and understand how we’re feeling. Taken from the keynote at Fall CPD DAY 2021, called "Trauma-Focused Care, Compassion, and Connection” we hear from Stacy Bacigalupi and Ginger Klee, both Professors of Psychology, as they walk us through some useful understandings of our symptoms, some definitions and a place to get started with our self-care.
